Who it's for

## Sound familiar?

### The big job has gone

A restructure, a redundancy, or a contract that didn't come back. Years of experience and no obvious next step.

### Doing well, feeling done

Most of my clients aren't lost. They're stuck between doing well and feeling done.

### Ready to build your own thing

You want to turn what you know into a business, a portfolio or a new role, and stop waiting to be chosen.

How it works

## Nine sessions. Four months. Your plan.

01

### Nine sessions, four months

Nine one hour sessions on Zoom, spaced out so you have time to act between them.

02

### Developed like a new format

We develop your next move the way you'd develop a show. Small experiments. Clear steps. Real momentum.

03

### Built around you

No fixed curriculum. Positioning, pricing, LinkedIn, pitching, confidence: we work on whatever is in your way.

In their words

## What 1:1 clients say.

#### “I knew I wanted to explore what lay beyond traditional broadcast, but I couldn’t fully understand what I was selling. Andy helped me work out what was genuinely distinctive about my experience and how I could use my broadcast background to work directly with brands.”

Roman Green, Series Director

#### “I'd spent years thinking about myself in terms of TV jobs and credits. Working with Andy, I realised there's a business in the stuff I've spent my career being good at. I've now got a much clearer focus around bringing broadcast standards into digital spaces.”

Matt Wenham, Creative Lead for TV / Digital

#### “Working with Andy was a genuinely great experience: insightful, energizing, and super fun. He helped me clarify what I really want for my future and gave me the tools and confidence to shape my goals with intention.”

Niall O'Driscoll, SVP, Development and Current, Studio Lambert

#### “We worked on how to position myself, laid out a strategic plan for client acquisition and he made me feel approximately 700% more confident about being back in play. TLDR: Andy is great.”

David Levin, writer and founder of That Lot Social Agency

#### “Andy helped me clarify my direction, offerings and next steps. He brings a winning combination of insight, enthusiasm, and targeted practical action to his coaching.”

Natascha, Founder, Nikolai Communications

#### “Through our sessions, he guided me to reimagine my business name, refine my branding and gain total clarity on the vision and journey I want to create for my clients.”

Katie Grover, Founder, Mind Body Coach
