About Andy
I spent fifteen years developing and producing formats at the BBC, ITV and Channel 4, and co-created Tenable and Beat the Chasers. After redundancy, I replaced my TV salary within six months. Now I run Freelancer to Founder, write Jobs Beyond TV, a weekly newsletter of roles outside telly, and help TV people build careers on their own terms.
